These children came into care on January 6, 2021.  Mother was involved in domestic violence with an adult son and one of the other children.  The police were called and mom was arrested as she was the aggressor and she had outstanding bench warrant for a DUI.  Mother is expected to be released on 2/4/2021, but there is a concern she could be deported.  Next hearing is a Plea Hearing on 2/1/2021 at 9:30 am in Courtroom 14.
