Client needs assistance enforcing a lease/purchase contract and contesting an eviction. In 2016, client entered into a lease/purchase contract with opposing party (OP). Client states she has complied with all lease terms and never missed a payment. Now, with one payment remaining, OP is trying to evict her for violating the lease term regarding pets, even though the lease allows dogs and OP has always known about Client’s two dogs. She wants OP to transfer title now that Client has fulfilled her end of the bargain.
