CPS removed a six month old baby girl from her mother’s care over concerns of heavy methamphetamine use.  The mother has an extensive CPS history for the same issue, so client’s older sibling was adopted.  The baby is currently placed with her grandparents. Next hearing is a Review Hearing on 2/16/2021 at 1:30 pm in Courtroom 18.
