A newborn baby boy was exposed in utero to heroin and methamphetamine. His father is deceased, and his mother does not have stable housing.  The mother’s sister and husband want placement of the baby, but CPS has some concerns about their background.  Next hearing is a Disposition Hearing on 1/20/2021 at 1:30 pm in Courtroom 6.
