Newborn baby boy was exposed in utero to illegal substances.  After birth, client suffered significant withdrawal symptoms.  Upon discharge, CPS placed client with grandmother, who has guardianship over client’s siblings.  Client’s parents are not cooperating with CPS. Next hearing is a Review Hearing on 2/16/2021 at 1:30 pm in Courtroom 18.
