An 11 month old baby girl was removed by CPS after her mother was arrested. Allegedly, the mother was arrested after stabbing her neighbor during a fight.  When the mother was released, she denied that incident, stating that charge was old. The mother claims her recent arrest was for public intoxication.  There are no relatives who can help with the client’s care. The father’s whereabouts are unknown.  Next hearing is a Plea Hearing on 1/21/2021  at 10:00 am in Courtroom 18.
