Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 1-month-old baby boy is under the care of Clark County Family Services due to reports of parental substance abuse. This vulnerable baby boy was born exposed to several illicit substances, including: cocaine, amphetamines, and THC. The mother is a known substance abuser and was previously responsible for the birth of two other substance-exposed children in separate, closed cases. This infant boy requires an attorney to advocate for his legal rights. The next hearing is on September 9th, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7.
