A 5-year-old girl and her infant little sister, less than a month old, are both under the care of Clark County Family Services due to allegations of parental substance abuse. It is reported that the mother tested positive for amphetamine and marijuana immediately before the delivery of the newborn girl. The mother has not been forthcoming with the extent of her drug addiction, despite sources confirming that her addiction leads her to neglect the two children. The next hearing is on September 9th, 2026, at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 7.
