Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 4-year-old toddler girl is under the care of Clark County Family Services (CCFS) due to concerns over the child’s physical safety. CCFS intervened after the father was arrested for driving under the influence– this toddler girl was in the vehicle during the incident and was left unbuckled. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the father has several previous criminal charges and probation violations. This child requires an attorney to advocate for her rights in ongoing juvenile dependency proceedings. The next hearing is on September 8th, 2026, at 3 p.m. in Courtroom 4.
