Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 4-year-old girl and her 2-year-old sister are both under the care of Clark County Family Services due to reports of parental substance abuse. The mother is a known drug user; the 2-year-old girl was initially born substance-exposed due to the mother’s consistent drug use throughout the pregnancy. Despite this, the mother has failed to address her addictive behaviors, further endangering the safety of these two girls. The father has criminal charges relating to possession of illegal substances. These vulnerable young sisters require an attorney to advocate on their behalf. The next hearing is on October 5th, 2026, at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 13.
