Abuse/Neglect Cases

Two sisters, ages 6 and 4 years old, are under the protective custody of Clark County Family Services due to reports of domestic violence and parental substance abuse. There are numerous adults residing in the household. Four of the adults, including the parents, are reported to be daily drug users who engage in violent altercations with each other, including breaking doors and throwing items in the home. Both parents admitted to their habitual drug use to investigators. These two vulnerable young girls require an attorney to advocate for their legal rights. The next hearing is on September 8th, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7.
