Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 1-month-old baby boy is under the care of Clark County Family Services due to reports of parental substance abuse and lack of resources. This vulnerable infant was born drug-exposed; the mother tested positive for several illicit substances at the time of the child’s birth. Both parents now refuse to submit to drug testing. The parents have not provided evidence of sufficient income or a viable place of residence. This newborn baby boy is in need of an attorney to advocate for his legal rights. The next hearing is on January 19th, 2027, at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 7.
