Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 3-month-old baby boy came under the care of Clark County Family Services following a severe automobile accident. The accident occurred while the mother and father were driving a stolen car without a license– they failed to secure their child into the vehicle properly. As a result, the child suffered severe injuries. Further investigation into the family revealed domestic abuse concerns, a lack of housing, and inadequate financial resources. This vulnerable infant requires an attorney to advocate for her legal rights in ongoing juvenile dependency proceedings. The next hearing is on September 22nd, 2026, at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 10.
