Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 3-year-old boy and his 6-year-old sister are under the care of Clark County Family Services due to reports of domestic violence in the household. The mother was intoxicated and began a violent assault on her live-in boyfriend. During this incident, the mother scratched the boyfriend and left visible injuries. She also engaged in self-harming behaviors. The children do not have a caregiver, as the mother was arrested and the natural father does not maintain contact. The next hearing is on January 12th 2027, at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 11.
