Abuse/Neglect Cases

A 6-month-old baby girl has been removed from parental custody due to concerns of improper supervision and threat of harm. The mother moved out of state and left this child under the father's supervision. This child’s father, however, had been deemed an inappropriate caregiver due to a previous arrest on charges of child abuse and neglect. Under his care, the father physically disciplined a different child to the extent of visible bruising. This vulnerable baby girl, therefore, requires an attorney to represent her in court– the next hearing is on August 26th, 2025, at 2:15 p.m. and will take place in Courtroom 11.
