The Jacks Law Group took on six cases representing ten children in our Children's Attorneys Project matters and Minor Guardianship cases. These dedicated attorneys worked to ensure the clients' voices were heard, leading to some great outcomes. One such outcome includes a child who has a new home and is currently flourishing.
This client needs assistance responding to a divorce complaint filed by her husband. They married in 2014 and separated in 2025. They have no children together but they do share some debt. The client is also seeking alimony.
This client is seeking to get joint custody of their 7-month-old daughter and amend her child’s birth certificate by adding his name to it. This client speaks primarily Spanish.
