Atif grew up in Las Vega and attended UNLV for his undergrad.  He then attended and graduated from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.  After graduating, Atif returned home to Las Vegas, where he owns his Law Firm focusing primarily on personal injury law.

Atif became involved in Pro Bono a couple years ago.  He was contacted by someone from Legal Aid asking him to assist with some Pro Bono cases.  After, he became very involved with our Pro Bono Program accepting and representing many other cases with our Children Attorney’s Program.  When asked why he does Pro Bono work, Atif’s response was simply “I do Pro Bono work to help out my community.  Las Vegas has been very good to my family and me, and I want to give back to my community”.  We have asked him to describe one of his most memorable moments while representing and volunteering as a Pro Bono, he descried helping two brothers retain a guardianship with their cousin, who was taking care of them at the time.

We feel honored to highlight Atif as our volunteer of the month for March.  His continued support, dedication, and commitment to our Pro Bono program make him our volunteer of the month.
