Two minor children ages 2 years old and 1 ½ month old came into care on 9/24/2019. On September 21, 2019, present danger found: Caregivers are unable/unwilling to perform parental duties. On said date natural parents were at UMC Hospital giving birth to the youngest child. Natural parents left 2 year old child with PGM who is also homeless. On September 23 the parents were contacted at UMC and natural parents could not confirm an address or resources in which to secure a home or provide for their family. With a history of inconsistent housing, frequent evictions and a report of Natural Parents no following through with housing supportive services, as well as insufficient present danger plan was implemented one of the SM was placed in a Foster Home. On 9/24/2019 a paternal Aunt could no longer provide care for the other SM, therefore, she was placed in the same Foster Home with other SM. Hearing on 3/4/2020 at 2:00 p.m. CR 21.
