Spanish Speaking client’s divorce was granted January, 2019. The court ruled that client and her ex-husband would sell their home and split the proceeds.   In the process of doing so, client found out that the Deed signed over to them is in invalid. Client ex-husband is in Jail for molesting their child. Client needs assistance w/ a Quiet Title Action. The prior owner deeded the property to client and her Ex as a member of a defunct, LLC  therefore title is considered “invalid” since it wasn’t insured or done through a Title Company.
