These children do not live with natural father and mother but instead a caregiver. She cares for all three, ages 13 years, 3 years and 2 years of age. She is currently depressed to the extent that she was advised she needed inpatient services, but declined. She drinks daily and has stated she is an alcoholic. In November the caregiver stated she had no food or drink for the children. The caregiver works at night and the older children are supposed to watch the younger children. According to the report, this family has been offered assistance and declined and therefore the children were removed. These children are in need of an attorney to represent their legal rights and wishes as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. There is a Review Hearing set for May 7, 2019 at 2:15 p.m. in Courtroom 11.
