Three siblings, ages 14 years to 6 years, came into DFS care in June, 2017 when their parents were arrested for parole violation. Their home was messy and unclean. Parents used meth, but they believe they can overcome it. They never used near the children. Both parents work and receive government assistance. Currently, the children reside with their maternal grandparents. Two of the children have disabilities. Clients need an attorney to represent their wishes regarding permanency, placement, and visitation and to ensure the proper services are in place.
