Little girl, age 12, and Little Boy, age 10, were brought into protective custody back in 2016 due to domestic violence that occurred between their mother and her boyfriend.  The children’s mother was subsequently arrested.  Currently, the children are placed with maternal relatives.  An attorney is needed to represent the children’s wishes regarding permanency, visitation, and placement and to ensure the proper services are in place.  There is a Permanency Planning Hearing set for July 9, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 14.
